Yes.

An account is recommended to sync your progress between devices, or in case you lose access to the app. -
Streakletics supports:

A streak represents consecutive days of completed training.
Train daily to build your streak — miss a day and the streak may reset unless you have a streak freeze. -
Streak freezes protect your streak if you miss a day.
They are earned through training progress — Free users receive one freeze every 14 days and can hold up to 1 at a time, while Pro users receive one every 10 days and can hold up to 5. -
The leaderboard lets you compare streaks and personal records with other users.
You can use it as motivation — or train solo if you prefer.You appear on the leaderboard after the first workout.

Personal records in Streakletics represent your best single performance.
Pushup record: highest number of pushups completed in one session
Plank record: longest plank duration completed in one session
Records are designed to reflect your true maximum performance.

The nose-touch detection relies on proper screen contact.
If your nose or the display is greasy, sweaty, or covered with cream, touches may not be detected reliably.What you can do:
Make sure your nose is dry and free of oil or cream
Clean the display before training
Avoid sweat or grease buildup on the screen
Increase touch sensitivity in your phone’s display settings (if available)

When sounds or coach voices are enabled, the app temporarily takes control of audio playback.
This is a technical limitation of the current audio system. We’re actively working on improving this behavior in a future update.Workaround:
Open Training Options
Go to Coaches & Sounds
Disable “Sounds in the app”
This allows you to listen to your own music without interruptions.

Structured workouts are designed for progressive training, not maximum attempts.
They include:
multiple sets
rest periods

To keep records meaningful and comparable, records are only updated during Free Practice sessions.

Free Practice lets you train without predefined sets or limits.
Pushups: perform as many reps as you can in one go
Planks: hold the plank for as long as possible

Yes.
You can choose your training type each day. Pushups and planks are tracked separately. -
Yes.
Completing either a pushup or plank workout counts toward your daily streak. -
Yes.
Free Practice counts as a completed training session and contributes to your daily streak, just like structured workouts. -
Streakletics only collects data necessary to provide its features, such as training stats and account information.
We take privacy seriously and follow applicable data protection regulations. -
Yes, basic training works offline.
Some features like leaderboards and cloud sync require an internet connection. -
Yes.
You can reset your progress at any time by going to:Settings → Account Settings → Reset Progress
Please note that resetting your progress will permanently delete your training history, streaks and records.
