FAQ

Your Questions, Answered

  • Streakletics is a fitness app focused on pushup and plank training.
It helps you build real strength through consistency using automatic tracking, structured workouts and streak-based motivation.

  • Streakletics uses nose-touch detection to count pushups hands-free.
Each time your nose touches the screen during a pushup, one rep is counted — no tapping, no manual input.

  • Yes.
Streakletics is free to download and use, with optional Pro features available via subscription.

  • Streakletics is built for anyone who wants real fitness progress through simple, repeatable workouts — without distractions or complicated plans.

  • Yes.
Streakletics offers structured workouts that scale from beginner to advanced levels, helping you improve step by step at your own pace.

  • You can start training without creating an account.
An account is recommended to sync your progress between devices, or in case you lose access to the app.

  • Streakletics supports:

    • Pushups (automatic counting)

    • Planks (timer-based tracking)

  • A streak represents consecutive days of completed training.
Train daily to build your streak — miss a day and the streak may reset unless you have a streak freeze.

  • Streak freezes protect your streak if you miss a day.
They are earned through training progress — Free users receive one freeze every 14 days and can hold up to 1 at a time, while Pro users receive one every 10 days and can hold up to 5.

  • The leaderboard lets you compare streaks and personal records with other users.
You can use it as motivation — or train solo if you prefer.

You appear on the leaderboard after the first workout.

  • Streakletics Pro unlocks:

    • Ad-free training

    • Custom profile pictures

    • More streak freezes

    • Exclusive coach voices

    • A Pro badge on your profile

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play account settings.
Your Pro features remain active until the end of the billing period.

  • Personal records in Streakletics represent your best single performance.

    • Pushup record: highest number of pushups completed in one session

    • Plank record: longest plank duration completed in one session

Records are designed to reflect your true maximum performance.

  • The nose-touch detection relies on proper screen contact.
If your nose or the display is greasy, sweaty, or covered with cream, touches may not be detected reliably.

    What you can do:

    • Make sure your nose is dry and free of oil or cream

    • Clean the display before training

    • Avoid sweat or grease buildup on the screen

    • Increase touch sensitivity in your phone’s display settings (if available)

  • When sounds or coach voices are enabled, the app temporarily takes control of audio playback.
This is a technical limitation of the current audio system. We’re actively working on improving this behavior in a future update.

    Workaround:

    1. Open Training Options

    2. Go to Coaches & Sounds

    3. Disable “Sounds in the app”

This allows you to listen to your own music without interruptions.

  • Structured workouts are designed for progressive training, not maximum attempts.

    They include:

    • multiple sets

    • rest periods

    • controlled repetition targets

To keep records meaningful and comparable, records are only updated during Free Practice sessions.

  • Free Practice lets you train without predefined sets or limits.

    • Pushups: perform as many reps as you can in one go

    • Planks: hold the plank for as long as possible

Free Practice is where you can:

    • test your limits

    • set new personal records

    • measure real progress over time

  • Streaks build habits.
    Records measure peak performance.

Streakletics is built around consistency first — records are milestones, not the goal.
